Unless otherwise indicated at the time of ordering or by subsequent notification from us, shipments will be made via a carrier that we select, or if we give you a choice of shipping method, the carrier that you select.
We will ship your purchased goods to you as soon as possible after you place your order; we typically ship within 48 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from our warehouse.

Risk of loss and title to ordered items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any shipping-related damage immediately to the carrier.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status via the carrier. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item you have purchased from Greys Fishing, and it is undamaged, please return within 30 days for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned in the original carton with original packaging, accessories, and instructions. Products returned in non-salable condition may be subject to a restocking fee.
Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by Greys Fishing or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Greys Fishing will not be liable for returns that are lost in transit or returned to the incorrect address; please retain your return tracking information.
Once the returned item(s) are received, a full refund will be issued.
