Warranty Charges
See below for the current charges associated with claims under warranty. If you're unsure which warranty your rod is covered by, please call the customer service team, or use the contact form to send us a message (please include full details of the rod you have, including the length and line rating).
Rods - Worldwide Extended Warranty
Rods manufactured since January 2009 are covered by our Worldwide Extended Warranty.
Claims under the Worldwide Extended Warranty are currently subject to the following charges:
£25 handling, administration and return postage and packing charge (per claim).
Plus
For 1 piece rods: 25% of the current, or last, Recommended Retail Price of the rod (per claim)
For all other rods: 10% of the current, or last, Recommended Retail Price of the rod (per section, per claim).
Rods - Pre-2009 Manufacture
These rods have a slightly different charging structure, please contact the customer service team to find out the cost of your claim.
Reels
Reels are covered by warranty for the period stated on the booklet that came with the reel. (See this page to view booklets)
Costs will depend on the nature of the problem and the age of the reel, please contact the customer service team for more information.
